TEAMS PARTICIPANTS
They involve all the football teams at all ages, but not limited to participants in each age category.
Minimum number of athletes per team: U-15: 16 athletes , U-13 16 athletes , U-11 14 athletes .
All teams must send, until May 15, 2014, a list of the names of participating athletes, coaches and escorts with their photos.
All teams should be present in Larissa city and be enlisted as participants, on Wednesday, June 25, 2014.
Visiting teams will be enlisted by the secretariats present in their hotels, and the rest teams will be enlisted by the reception committee in the central secretariat.
There must provide all necessary documentation in order to be identified and obtain the identity cards of the Tournament .
Required documents:
• Players ID Card from their local association (if existing)
• ID or passport (necessarily)
• Birth certificate with recent photograph, certified by authorities in 2014
• Declaration of the local football association or federation that allows the team to participate in the Event.
• Sign declaration of guardian for each athlete, which indicates that the organizer accepts no responsibility for any injuries, damages , losses or any other unexpected events occur in the participation of the athlete to the Tournament.
• Written declaration of the Head of Mission and that he knows and accepts fully the regulations and conditions of the event and that they are totally responsible for any problems created by the delegation members during their presence in the organization and they declare that the organizators have taken all the necessary measures for their kids secutiy.
• Health booklet for each member of the mission or private insurance card.
• The foreign missions should have taken care to issue European Health Insurance Card otherwise should provide a private insurance contract .
• All participants must have their Tournament identity card on them at all time, and exhibit them at any time requested. Without this, player participation in the games and use of the services of the organization will not be accepted. If lost or destroyed, Team responsible must be notified directly and the card be replaced.
Missions should bring with them:
• Footwear suitable for grass and synthetic turf ( category U-11)
• Two match uniforms with different colors; if not possible, special badges will be provided by the organizer. The uniforms of the teams should be numbered differently, and each player should have the same number in both uniforms.
• Shin guards
• Athletic & training material
• Clothing for other social activities.
• Toiletries (towels , slippers etc ).
Obligations during stay
Participants are obliged:
• To demonstrate excellent behavior inside and outside stadiums
• Especially during their stay in hotels, they should have the proper behavior, respecting the rules of the hotel as well as other customers.
• If damage occurs either in the hotels or in any other place, teams will have to compensate their owners
• To adhere to the program of transportation, tournament and meals
• To participate in meetings of the coaches at the end of each day
Organizer will provide:
• Transportation to and from the stadiums.
• Freedom of movement within the city with the urban bus

• Bottled water, only for matches ( * note that the tap water in the city of Larissa is drinkable and of excellent quality )

GROUPS
In each age category teams will be divided into groups of four teams and will play (every team with each other) in single games.
The groups will be divided based on teams strength.
From each group, the first two ranked teams will continue in the Super League category and the last two in the Football League category.
Then, all matches (Super League & Football League) will be knockout (as well as ranking matches).
AGE CATEGORIES
U-15 1999-2000, U-13 2001-2002, U-11 2003-2004
In all categories, younger athletes may participate, but no older. Use of an older athlete will be punished with loss of the match by a score of 3-0 .

MATCH DURATION
U-15 2X40min (break duration 10min), U-13 2X30min ( break duration 5min), U-11 2X25min ( break duration 5min)
(In all categories extra time will be held if deemed necessary by the referee )
REFEREES
Three referees in categories U-15 & U-13, one referee in category U-11.
All referees shall be evaluated members of the Association of Referees of Larissa Prefecture .
In case of injury the referee and impossibility of finding a replacement from the organizer within 15 minutes, replacement by someone of consensus from both groups . If there is no agreement then the game will necessarily be directed by the Match Secretariat.
MATCH REGULATION
All matches are played according to UEFA and FIFA regulations.
The offside will not be applied to the category U-11.
From the Organizer it is clarified that the implementation of the FAIR PLAY is at the discretion of the teams and the referee is the solely responsible for the interruption of the match.
Absolute ruler of the match is the referee and all the appropriate respect is required.
Responsible for any other issue is the Match Secretariat .
Teams are responsible for their (fans, parents ) and you should take care to respect the classroom and off the field .
Any insult to the referee, the secretariat and the match organizing members will be severely punished.
POINTS AWARDED
In the group stage, victory is awarded with three (3) points, the draw with one (1) and the defeat with zero (0) points.
In case of teams sharing the same points at the end of the group phase, teams will be ranked according to the result of their game. In case of a draw, the total goal difference and then the best attack will be taken into account. If a tie still occurs, a draw will take places among the teams, at the time and place designated by the central Secretariat.
In the phase of knock – outs, if there is a tie, a shootout phase will follow. (Five shootouts for each team and, in case of a tie, one more to be a winner).
MATCH
Teams have to be present to the bus stop at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure, which will be programmed to arrive at the match field one hour before the start of the match.
Teams having their own means of transport should also be at the match field 1 hour before the start of the match.
All teams should be presented to the Match Secretariat at least half an hour before the start of the match, to fill in the appropriate paperwork.
If any team is not declared at the secretariat half an hour before the game, the game will be lost for her by a score of 3-0.
Priority in the locker rooms will have teams coming from out of Larissa.
All teams will have at least half an hour available for warming out.
SCORSHEET
All teams should be presented to the Match Secretariat at least half an hour before the start of the match, to fill in the appropriate paperwork.
Each team may fill in up to 22 players for categories U-15 & U-13 and up to 18 for the category U-11.
If one team has more players, they cannot be used in the match, however, they can be used in another match (thus each mission can have more than 22 or 18 players).
Players will have to carry their organization identity, which will be given and kept by the Secretariat until the end of the game. No participation will be admitted without a player identity.
Players declared in the scoresheet should necessarily be declared in the list declared on the first day of teams arrival. No other participation will be accepted .
Each player can only be registered in one team.
In the scoresheet the number of the shirt worn by each player will be declared, which should be the same in every game.
The score sheet must be signed by the Head of Mission when the team is declared, as well as at the end of the match. Signing means acceptance of everything written in the scoresheet, among other things, the match outcome and the referee comments.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Teams can use all players declared at the score sheet.
Especially in categories U-13 & U-11 teams can reuse a player who was substituted. This can be applied throughout the course of the match except in the last ten-minutes of the match. In the last ten minutes of the match, only players who have not be used at all until that moment can enter the game.
In all age categories matches, players who are getting into the game will be going to the Secretariat for review and the Secretariat will inform the referee for the substitution. Substitutions may be made without interrupting the game if they have followed the above procedure and informed the referee. During goalkeeper substitutions, the match must be interrupted.
CARDS
The second yellow card in the same game shall be punished with a red card without the right of replacement in categories U-15 & U-13, while in the U-11 category the player can be replaced. The player can be used in the next game.
The yellow cards are not recorded.
In a direct red card, the player is expelled without the right of replacement. The player can play in the next games unless the reason for a red card punishment is very serious.
A major reason is considered an insult of racial, religious, political ideas, of human nature and existence, assault and knowingly causing bodily injury. Responsible for this decision is the disciplinary committee of the central secretariat, upon the recommendation of the referee on the scoresheet.
OBJECTIONS
Objections should be submitted to the secretariat of the match at the latest 15 minutes after the end of the game.
By submitting the objection an amount of 20 € will be deposited, which will be refunded if the team is justified.
Objections will be considered by the protest committee of the central secretariat within two hours and the decision is final and unchangeable .
The Committee may, if it deems necessary, call upon hearing of witnesses and representatives of opposition groups.
SCHEDULE - RESULTS
The program and the match results will be posted at all hotels, the Central Secretariat and the web site www.e-ael.gr
For anything else arisen and not referred in the Regulation, responsible for necessary decisions during match is the Match Secretariat and for all other issues the organization committee of the Central Secretariat.
